GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
NATIONAL (COLOMBIA)
You must be sure of the product and the size you are going to order. In the event that you receive the product and it does not fit you or did not meet your expectations, you pay the shipping to return the garment that did not serve you (,000 approx) and we pay the shipping to send you the new garment. (We assume a maximum of ,000 for return shipments, the rest would be paid by the customer).
CHANGE OF SIZE: In case of needing a change of size, the client must contact us within a maximum of 5 days from receiving the garment, we will confirm availability in the warehouse and the client will have to pay the shipping to and from the change.
If you received the garment in poor condition, with some imperfection or there is an error in the size, color or reference, you do not have to pay anything for the return shipment and you have 8 days to make the change. The garment must have all the labels and must be without signs of use.
- Caps, beanies and accessories cannot be changed (unless it is a factory error).
- Discounted items are free of change.
