The value does not include the value corresponding to transportation, customs or other taxes that may be incurred. In the case of transportation, this will be informed at the time of Checkout. Customs or other taxes not included will be assumed exclusively by you. All prices are handled in local currency (Colombian pesos).

SHIPPING

NATIONAL (COLOMBIA)

All shipments are made from the city of Bogotá, Colombia. Using the courier company COORDINADORA MERCANTIL. In special cases of orders made in rural areas of Colombia we use the national postal courier company 472 or Servientrega. The average national delivery times are as follows:

  • To major cities it takes between 1 and 4 business days to arrive
  • Secondary Cities: Up to 8 business days to arrive.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email from general@cloudworldwide.co when your purchase has been confirmed. Purchased items will be delivered in approximately 10 business days, although most are delivered in 3 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you still have not received your package after 3 weeks please contact us. general@cloudworldwide.co

TAXES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Worldwide deliveries are made through UPS or DHL logistics operators. These operators have been selected based on efficiency and quality of service. International customers are responsible for paying customs fees (if applicable), brokerage fees (if applicable) and additionally the shipping cost mentioned at checkout. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

NATIONAL (COLOMBIA) 

You must be 100% sure of the product and the size you are going to order because we only refund money once purchased if we prove damage to the products or prove that delivery was not possible .

Otherwise, we allow size and reference changes without problem depending on availability.

SIZE EXCHANGE: If a size change is needed, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 5 days from receiving the item, we will confirm availability in the warehouse and the customer will have to pay the shipping to and from the exchange.

If you received the item in poor condition, with some imperfection or there is an error in the size, color or reference, you do not have to pay anything for the return shipping and you have 8 days to make the exchange. The item must have all the labels and must not be worn.

  • Caps, beanies and accessories cannot be exchanged (unless it is a manufacturing error).
  • Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL

You can return items that you are not happy by notifying us within 8 days from the moment you receive the product. Sale items cannot be returned unless it's a factory error.

Please note for returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order.

– All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition complete with tags and packaging.

-Send us an email at general@cloudworldwide.co explaining why you want to exchange your order.

– Once we receive your parcel, we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way!

– Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to reach your account.

 

AVAILABILITY OF GARMENTS

Our website is usually up to date with the availability of all references and sizes; however, errors may occur in the inventory and the item you select may no longer be available.

In this case, we will notify you by email, WhatsApp or phone call and we will give you the option to choose another product or receive a refund of your money.

COLORS

We have made every effort to accurately display the exact colors of our products on our website. However, the actual colors you see on screen depend on your monitor and/or technological circumstances beyond our control, therefore we do not guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor are 100% accurate with reality.

COUPONS
